[Notice] Steam Payment Issue Resolved
Some Steam payments failed to process correctly, resulting in purchases not being delivered or preventing players from making additional purchases.

We would like to inform you that all necessary actions to resolve the affected payments were completed on Wednesday, October 14, at 10:00.

October 6, 2026 (Tue.) – October 12, 2026 (Mon.)
■ Issue Details and Resolution
① Issue where purchased items were not delivered after payment was completed
An issue occurred where purchased items were not delivered even after the Steam payment was completed.
[Resolution] The missing items have now been delivered for all affected payments.
② Issue where players were unable to make another purchase despite the previous payment not being completed
An issue occurred where the purchase limit was used up despite the Steam payment not being completed, preventing players from making another purchase.

The purchase limits for the affected payments have been restored to their original values.
