Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and AtlasChill when you use atlaschill.com or atlaschill.es. By using the site you accept them; if you do not, please do not use it.

01Acceptance
Using the site, with or without an account, means you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you use it on behalf of someone else, you confirm you can bind them to these terms.
02What the service is
AtlasChill is a free fan-made atlas for the games it covers: tools to look up items, players, battles and markets, and to plan builds. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the studios that make those games; their names and trademarks belong to them.
03Accounts
You sign in with Discord and you are responsible for what happens with your account. Each game has its own rules for who can moderate it: an administrator of one game has no powers in the other. A breach of these terms can leave an account read-only in the game where it happened, or lose it entirely.
04Acceptable use
Do not attack, overload or try to break the site; do not scrape it massively or reuse its data commercially without permission; do not upload content that is illegal, that belongs to someone else, or that harasses anyone; do not impersonate other players or the site itself; do not use the tools to cheat or to harm other players in the games.
05Content you create
Builds, checklists, screenshots and comments you publish are yours. By publishing them you allow the site to show them and to keep them while your account exists. You can delete them at any time; public content may remain in caches for a while.
06Intellectual property
The site's own code, design and texts belong to AtlasChill. Game names, logos, items, artwork and data belong to their studios and are used to identify and describe the games. If a rights holder wants something removed, they can write to us and we will remove it.
07Availability
The site is offered as it is, without any guarantee of availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Game data comes from third parties and can be late, incomplete or wrong. We can change, pause or shut down any part of the site at any time.
08Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, AtlasChill is not liable for indirect damages, lost data or lost profits derived from the use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law grants you as a consumer.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be taken to the courts that correspond by law, without prejudice to the rights that consumer protection rules grant you.
10Changes
We can update these terms when the service changes. The date at the top is the date of the last revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
